You can buy a PDF version of the book direct from Charles Cottle for $45 athttp://www.riskdoctor.com/books.htm .. which I prefer as you can print out in A4 size .... and carry with you on your laptop.

In addition, there is plenty of free stuff on his website and forums to have a browse through.
