[TheOptionClub.com] Does the stock options program have an effect on employee attitude?

To answer this question; as part of my MBA program, I am conducting a research on the effects of employee ownership programs on employee attitudes. The objective of the research is to study the linkage between employee stock options programs on one side and job involvement, organizational commitment and intent to leave; on the other.

In my research, I am proposing a causal model and I hope that I will be able to provide the empirical proof for it. Therefore, I would like to invite you to support my research by filling in my online survey. Passing this invitation to as many employees as you know will be of great value as well.

The questionnaire is available online: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=2BpzvSLegIgRfSmWjuijVg_3d_3d

Completing the questionnaire shall take between 10-13 minutes. If you are willing to participate, please do so as soon as possible as I have to close the survey by the end of this week.

Thanks in advance for your consideration.

If you have questions about the survey or are having trouble filling it, please contact: Muhannad Abdeljawwad (mabdeljawwad@yahoo.com).

Best Regards,
Muhannad Abdeljawwad,
PMP, MBA Student
