I'm not an expert, but I hate to see your post go unanswered, so I'll give it a shot:
Some might say you're coming at it from the wrong direction.
Do your research first. Pick stocks that you have an outlook on and want to trade. Then see which of those have actively traded options.
There are too many stocks with options liquidity for someone to give you a list.
