Re: [ConservativeOptionStrategies] ABM

 

Its been between 20.2 and 19.8 all week.  Take your $0.70,  if it closes below 20 write a January call or sell.  It hasn't  been below 19 since mid July.  I wouldn't waste money on the January Put.  By the way,  that $0.70 will be a lot smaller tomorrow.
 
That being said:  DON'T DO IT!  Unless you know something we don't
 
   This is not a good stock to play with .  Look at the volume:  avg <200k.  There is hardly any open  interest in the options.  These are the kind of stocks that all of a sudden burn yah.

ABM closed at $19.93.  Dec. puts closed at $.70.   Jan. puts closed at $1.05.   Looks to me that I could sell some Dec. puts and buy some Jan puts for protection, then close the whole thing right after options expiration and make some good money with very little risk.
