On TOS Prophet Charts, look on the left hand menu, at the bottom. Click on "option controls" and check the box that says "Avg. Imp. Volatility".

I see HV, but how do yu get IV on  a prophet chart?

If you're looking for implied vol, you can set up a TOS or Prophet chart to display IV.

Does TOS have volatility charts for options?  When I had an account with optionsxpress I was able to view about 3 months worth of volatility data and I can not seem to find the same sort of information on TOS....

If TOS does not have this can someone recomend another free web resource that would supply this? (other than optionsxpress) .
