About Tom Sosnoff

Mr. Sosnoff was appointed a Director of the Think or Swim in February 2007 in connection with the Company's acquisition of thinkorswim Holdings Mr. Sosnoff co-founded thinkorswim Holdings in 1999 with Scott Sheridan, and served as its Chief Executive Officer and a director. Since the completion of the acquisition, he has served as thinkorswim Holding's President and remained a director of thinkorswim. Mr. Sosnoff was a market maker for the Chicago Board of Options Exchange from 1980 through 2001, where he was one of the original market makers in the S&P 100 Index pit. Mr. Sosnoff earned his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
