That YouTube link is at an "introductory" level of the very basics, but it's being given by an amateur in an unstructured format -- just talking through some of the basics. In my opinion, that's a terrible way to learn.
Maybe if you find someone who has already spent the $1147 ... no! ... $997 ... now only $137.00 !!
From the teaser video and the "module" titles, it looks like someone has assembled a bunch of charts-n-chat sessions sitting at thinkDesktop and running through the various concepts traders do need to learn. I can see the appeal of this "drink milkshakes, lose weight" proposition, but I don't seriously believe it delivers the desired results.

I'd suggest choosing a conventional path of learning -- pick a good educational platform with good tools and free to learn, like thinkorswim, pick up some of the books by recognized authorities and work backwards from the goal of a tested and proven trading system that you can drive.
Working with the best resources, if you have a above average skills in mathematics and logic, you'll be a proficient amateur inside a year. If you have excellent discipline and you document your work, you could well be running a good trading business and be profitable.
