I agree with Bob – you cld set your delta earlier than normally – but you are trying to guess the velocity of change that is occurring in the market – what harm could occur in 15 mins delay ???
The correct answer is to get a broker who has a platform that is less limited….

ThinkorSwim has that function…… You could get a papertrading account and set an alert on the short’s delta… it can send to email, text… etc…

I'm going on vacation next week and have several condors in place for March. I make adjustments based on the delta of the short leg. Does anyone know of some type of service that can send me an alert when the delta of a certain option hits a specific number I put in? My broker, OptionsHouse, won't. Thanks.
