The black swan is not an earthquake! : )
We had the mother hen of all black swans in '08, but I tend to see merit in the conspiracy theory that it was a genetically engineered duck in a black banker's suit, not an unpredictable, chaotic confluence of unintended consequences.
Suffice to say that there's no unexpected out-of-range, highly improbable events for 2010, there is the thundering sound of inevitability -- that light at the end of the tunnel is a freight train overladen with the inflation of printing trillions of greenbacks -- not the gentle rumble of a 6.5 in Northern California's farm lands. : )
