[ConservativeOptionStrategies] new fellow with questions about DLS

Dr Joe

The new fellow that you answered questions about DLS had concerns about making 4% on his non cc money.  I can give out a basket of stocks and closed end funds that are reasonably safe - and yield more than his hypothetical 4% - don't know if you want that under the aegis of the site?  If on the site,  we can let everyone throw darts at the list and perhaps weed out those that some have heartburn with. From what I have seen,  there are some smart observers in the wings.

If you decide to edit away the first part of this email,  assuming not much changes between now and the opening tomorrow, the RMBS jan 25, 26 and 27  look quite appealing yield wise,  with the yield obviously depending upon one's risk tolerance and degree of prognostication.  Of course, I have similar thoughts about the IOC Jan 80 or 85.  The first IOC ITM (Jan 75) is yielding 4.2% to expiration.  All this can change when the market opens tomorrow am.

John
