Subject: [TheOptionClub.com] How to identify pending events that can change stock price direction

Hello

Has anyone come across a website or other resource that makes it easy to
identify pending events (like pending lawsuits, patents, buyouts, etc. )
that could significantly impact a stock's price direction in the short term?
In the past I've spent hours searching thru recent news clippings to find
these things, and would like to know if there's something better out there.

Thanks in advance - Dave
