What a turkey that turned out to be. I received the email to get a copy at 11am instead of noon. Clicked it a second after receiving it, put in my information and bam - server overload error. Tried again - same error. They finally put up a message saying they were increasing server capacity and to come back in 10 to 15 minutes -- at Noon!! So at noon the people who were trying since 11am were in competition with the people arriving at noon.... server overload error.
