TOS has a list called Penny Increment Options. That's the one you are looking for.

Subject: [TheOptionClub.com] Most traded stocks with Options. Hi As you can tell I am new here and new to options trading. In fact I'm making the switch from Forex Markets.
I am wondering if someone could point me with about 20 of the top traded symbols. I know QQQQ, SPY are heavily traded.
