When TOS started it brokerage, they contacted the authorities and asked if they had to have levels for their customers and were told no, they did not.  You will never have to ask TOS for permission to place a trade.

 

In an IRA you can place any trade as long as it has a defined risk and you have the $$ to cover said risk.  What you cannot do is sell naked stock or calls.  After all, Berkshire went to over $150,000 per share. L

These are what I can do in my IRA. I have no idea waht your idea requires. Of course I can research it.
"create a put condor, which would be basically a free trade, then wait till expiration with possibility to make more $$$."
