If you go to the end of this message, or any of the messages associated with this group, you will see "Visit Your Group".  Once you click on it then you will then see in the upper left-hand of the displayed page the various sections (Home, Messages, Post, Attachments, Files, Photos, etc.) of this group.  You must be registered with the group to see the Files.  Since you are sending and receiving messages within this group, I assume you are registered.
