<<TOS looks like it is way more than most other platforms>>
Don't take it personally, but a statement like the above is completely useless!!!
That TOS looks like is just saying it looks like.
The facts are what matters!!!
best, gis
Oops, I take it back about Fidelity being expensive. TOS looks like it is way more than most other platforms

I also have Fidelity but I do like them for a couple of things including the usage of Wealth Lab Pro and the download of tax information into Turbo Tax works well (although I didn't have any complex trades). However, I agree that the option trading with Fidelity is expensive and the option tools are bad. I'll probably keep an account with Fidelity just so I can have the free use of Wealth Lab Pro and the large array of strategies that are free.
I've had a very light look at the TOS desktop client I would like it better if it had floating windows. It seems a little clunky but I do like some of the tools available. Haven't look at IB yet but it sounds like it is worth considering.
If someone out there who has worked with both platforms for a while has a list of pro'/cons of each I think that could help kick start my evaluation process.
