RE: [TheOptionClub.com] The Problem With Chasing GOOG

 

You are correct the strategies that have been launched by TradeStation are for stocks, futures and forex.  I just got involved in the beta testing and became fascinated with it.  I hope they develop some option strategies as well because I trade both.  Sorry if I went down the wrong path but the profits have been very good and I am excited to be trading something so new to the retail world.

I took a look at the link and saw a number of GOOG strategies, most by
Tom Batchelor who posts here. Do any of them inolve the kind of
options trading I have been discussing in recent posts? A quick look
seemed to indicate these are day trading methodologies. TIA.

Apparently they just launched in March and are planning a big announcement in April. I trade the Firebird Goog program but there are many others too. I hate to sound like I am advertising but when you mentioned the Goog beta I started thinking about it. I thought only hedge funds had systems like this and a few off name sites but it looks like one of the big platforms stepped up and offered them. Does anyone know of any reputable platforms that do this? Any that trade options automated? I use Tradestation to trade options due to the low commissions per trade and TOS to analyze and adjust option positions. Probably crazy to have both but it works for me.
