Check the "Files" link on the OptionClub Yahoo site, http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/OptionClub/files/. Scroll down, there's a pdf file, "Dan Sheridan Calendar Spreads". It's an article from Stocks & Commodities magazine, and Dan's criteria for calendars are in a side bar in that article.
